Michael Kasper was the lead sales person for my purchase of a CX-5. He was incredibly responsive to my questions over text and phone and very attentive on-site at the dealership. He sent me several videos while I deliberated over used vs. new. Everyone at the dealership was very chill in general, which I appreciate. Obviously, they want to make a sale but they paid attention to my timeline as I took my time test driving and considering various options.
