Fantastic service experience! David Valdez was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He was very thorough in answering all my questions, very timely on his updates, and just enjoyable to interact with. He's doing a great job in his role. The other service members including techs were also really kind and did a very detailed inspection which I greatly appreciated. The dealership even sends you a video of the inspection during your visit so you can see the exact condition of your vehicle and their evaluation, allowing you to make an informed decision of your services.
